Edge of the Sol system
Silas asks the ship’s AI to plot a course to Mars and fly us there. IT should take us 4 days to arrive.
3 ships in the area change their course, and one of them course corrects to match our trajectory. The Sol Defense ship has matched us. We continue course, and hope to lose them in the asteroid belt.
We ask the Kitik what we should do. He suggests we change course and evade. Tor disables the transponder.
With some searching we discover that the Sons of Herra hold an Asteroid near Jupiter, and are hostile towards the Ares marshals. The Asteroid is in the shape of a humanoid skull. We change course to Saturn. It will take us 16 hours to get there. We plan to gravity burn around Saturn to slingshot us towards Jupiter and go dark for the rest of the ride.
The Sol Defense ship has altered it course as well to match ours.
We begin our burn as we approach Saturn, and somehow manage to successfully sling ourselves towards Jupiter. We shut all systems on the ship down in order to avoid detection by the Ares marshals.
After 4 hours the whole ship jerks violently throwing everyone to the port side. From the bridge I can tell that the ship is spinning out of control. We will have to bring the power back online. Silas and Kit-katt head to engineering in order to manually restart the core.
I manage to stabilize the ship once the core is powered up. According to the external cameras, cargo bay one was dented by something impacting it, but we managed to shake the Marshals and the Sol Defense.
We manage to make it to Jupiter, and scan for the Asteroid that the Sons of Hera occupy.
